I want to thank you for a couple of things that I think went above and beyond good customer help.
First thing - I had ordered an ATEC 1600K install kit along with some parts. However I found that the kit was missing one of the seal installer rings. I contacted T-Parts USA to explain what happened, but figured that I would either have to buy the part or do without it and that it would probably be a real pain to resolve and that nobody would believe that it was missing.
Next thing I know I get an email from someone named Ian saying that the part had already been shipped, no problem, no issue, no questions. This was pretty exceptional as far as I''m concerned.
Second thing - I placed an order for just a couple of things for a 2002 Crown Vic as well as a rear seal for a 91 Silverado. I received the order along with a note from someone named Jim - the note said that he thought that maybe I had meant to order a rear seal for the 2002 CV, not the Chevy, so he included a rear seal for the CV as well just to be sure.
That is amazing especially since I am not a large-order customer. Maybe you guys do this all the time, but to me that sets a standard that I wish other companies would follow. My orders have just been a drop in the bucket but I am bypassing local suppliers to continue to order from you.
Please pass this along to the folks that I mentioned above and also to whoever runs the place. Can''t tell you how pleased I am with you.
